Nimble Finance is looking for a Deal Operations Analyst to join our growing fintech team.

We operate in the B2B finance space, building digital solutions that help companies manage payments, financing, and cash flow in a smarter and faster way.

This role sits at the center of our operations, combining financial transactions, data analysis, business processes, and technology. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and curious, who wants to gain hands-on experience in fintech while understanding how financial transactions work from end to end.

✅ Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of financial transactions from initiation through completion.
• Review, validate, and monitor transaction data across multiple company systems.
• Track transaction status, timelines, and operational milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Credit, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
• Analyze transaction documents, commercial agreements, and deal-related information.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management and business stakeholders.
• Identify operational exceptions, discrepancies, and risks, and help drive effective solutions.
• Improve internal workflows, reduce manual processes, and support automation initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to improve daily workflows, analyze information, assist with writing, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new procedures, controls, and operational processes.

🧩 Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to work with information systems, CRM platforms, ERP systems, or financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different teams.
• Excellent Hebrew communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an analytical, operational, or financial role.
• Basic understanding of financial documents, invoices, reconciliations, payment flows, or accounting concepts.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, or analyze data.
• Experience in fintech, banking, credit, payments, financing, or deal operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems, especially Priority ERP.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, dashboards, or BI tools.
• A strong technological mindset and passion for process improvement.
